Purpose: To recognize individual student pharmacists who have demonstrated sustained contributions to WVSHP, SSHP, and/or the practice of pharmacy in WV through leadership, service, and professionalism.

Eligibility:

• Open to all student pharmacist WVSHP members, including graduating P4s
• Must be currently enrolled in a pharmacy program at an accredited institution within the state of WV

Award Components:

• Scholarship award ($100)
• Certificate of recognition
• Complimentary 1 year WVSHP membership

Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrated leadership and service within school, professional organizations, and/or community
• Commitment to advancing pharmacy practice and patient care
• In good academic standing
• Professionalism
